Inception

Founded by two visionary engineers with a wealth of experience in MEP solutions

2004

Incorporation

Incorporated into the Multiline Group of Companies, our company gained comprehensive MEP design and contracting capabilities, further expanding our expertise and service offerings.

2008

Moving Forward

In 2008, our integrated ERP + CAFM system expanded its scope to include maintenance and MEP works, offering a seamless solution for managing both operations and technical services.

2009

Certification

In 2009, we achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of our operations.

2010

Added Capabilties

In 2010, we established an engineering and design office in Kochi, India, to serve as a dedicated support office for our operations.

2012

Milestone

In 2012, we successfully completed over 1,000 projects, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate.

2015

Diversification

In 2015, we established our Hospital Maintenance Division, expanding our services to include medical gas systems, CSSD works, and pneumatic tube systems.

2019

Diversification

In 2019, in response to the growing demand for fast food delivery, we established our Cloud Kitchen Management division.

In 2020, we successfully established strategic partnerships and relationships with over 50 key suppliers, strengthening our supply chain and service capabilities.

In 2022, we expanded into the JAFZA area, with a key focus on industrial applications, further broadening our service offerings and market reach.

New Milestone

In 2024, we achieved ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, reinforcing our commitment to environmental management and occupational health and safety. We also established an in-house training division with a core focus on enhancing safety and the quality of our work.
